Best general tso chicken ever

Food was all spilled in the bag when delivered

I have had issues with orders and it was fixed quickly, but their food is some of the best Chinese food I have ever had. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because this is such an expensive place to get food.

I see loads of negative reviews and I’m here just to rebuttal! I’ve yet to have something from imperial that wasn’t well prepared. Everything taste damn good to me. One of my favorite Chinese places in the federal way area

Have been ordering from Here for years. Get prawn fried rice first $2.00 additional. For years 2 weeks ago it was $3.00 more ok i'll pay that today they wanted $5.00 more seriously In two weeks it's gome up two more bucks. Crazy told them no thanks

Good food.. expensive. But the fried rice is amazing! Delivery and dine in options. Alcohol and clean place.

We ordered take out for the first time from Imperial Palace on Christmas. I have zero complaints. We ordered combo B for 2 people. The food was very good. The Mongolian Beef was delicious, very tender, no fat, tasty sauce. Ignore the bad reviews. Tell the haters I'll see you later I'm eating at Imperial Palace.

Terrible won't even answer the phone and hour and a half before closing. Just one man's opinion.

Way over priced staff seemed to be annoyed with taking a to go order even though I was literally the only person there. Over all I've had better food for WAY less. Service 4 out 10 only because she said thank you when I left

When the craving for Chinese food hits, this is a win! Authentic and delicious.

The table cloths and walls were filthy and the women's bathroom wast cans were full and was dirty. The menus were not clean and or wiped down. Hope the kitchen is better.

Very little food for 30 dollars. Food tastes ok but isn't great

Found some decent almond chicken.Service was quick and very nice. The young lady was amazing, polite, curtious and sweet.Chicken chowmein was good and loved the garlic wings.It was all pretty good and the waitress was just plain pretty.Oh and the service was wonderful.

BBQ pork dry and tough. Almond chicken stir-fry not coated breasts in gravy. Mongolian chicken sauce so hot it burned my cheeks.Fried rice was yellow and no flavor.Hated this place. Should have known, no one else in here at 7:00 Sat night.

Dude. This place NEVER disappoints. It's always so darn consistently delicious that it makes my head spin. From the service to the starters, entrees and dessert, Kokkari is flawlessly executed.

I always get great service! All food is authentic and full of flavor! They're one of the best Chinese restaurants I've been to in a while!

Placed large order to go, family event. When we got back to our place with the food, soups were missing, chicken dinners were very dry, terribly over cooked, sauces did not help.

Today we had lunch here as we have for the last 15 years and needless to say when i got home this evening apparently my waitress didn't feel her tip was sufficient and added an additional $5.00 to the tip amount on my bill. I was in disbelief when i saw this tonight on my online banking. Shame on them! Isn't this illegal? Of course stupid me left all copies of the receipts on the table so i guess i was an easy target. They have lost my business forever as this is not ok to do and is so very wrong and dishonest. I do not recommend paying with a credit or debit card for this very reason if you decide to still dine here. If you do watch your statements. Very upset and disappointed in Imperial Palace today!!

I hope this place never closes! My daughter has food allergies and this is one of the very few Asian restaurants where I feel safe taking her. And they're really cool about it when you tell them to hold certain ingredients because of allergies. Not like other places that act like you're doing it just to be picky. Aside from great customer service, their food is DELICIOUS! Don't let the empty place fool ya. Majority of their business is take out or delivery. When your laid out in bed sneezing and congested, and you're also hungry but too sick to cook, just place an order for their bomb hot-sour soup... that'll clear you right up and help soothe your sore throat!

Best Chinese food in the area! Great service, and lots of food - usually good for two or three meals on each plate! The person who said Safeway has better is absolutely wrong!!! We love Imperial Palace and recommend it to all our friends!

If door dash is delivering then why is restaurant not set up with door dash? I pay door dash a monthly fee for free delivery. Why am I having to pay for delivery when they are delivering? This restaurant needs to be added to door dash so delivery can be placed directly thru door dash. Otherwise we will start ordering our Chinese thru other restaurants that are set up in the door dash app.

Possibly the worst Chinese food I've ever eaten. How on earth is the shrimp ice cold in the Chow Mein but the other stuff is warm? The pot stickers were something I've never seen or tasted before. I will never order from this place again!!!

Was very disappointed with my order. Paid $53.30 for 4 small containers and 1 to-go box.. general tso chicken, sweet& sour chicken could have used more chicken. Maybe it wouldn’t have been so tuff and crunchy.. Safeway Chinese has better quality and quantity for your buck. So if u don’t like wasting your $$$$ look elsewhere..

Almond chicken, house chow mein and walnut honey prawns are delicious. Always accommodate us for family gatherings.

The orange chicken has absolutely no flavor. The eggrolls are tiny and the chicken chowmein tastes like it was precooked and frozen. Would not recommend.

Coconut shrimp was under cooked mustered for my egg rolls was old barbecue pork fried rice wasn’t fresh

The generals chicken is so bad rock hard barely any actual chicken. Sweet and sour sauce is bland chow mien is reallllly oily and prices are high. I prefer the other Chinese place down the street by the rite aid

Awesome food and at a decent price too. Huge portions make it easy to share with others, if you so desire.
